What a night and what a movie. I think we should've handed around the tissues for everyone - what a tearjerker! Thank you to everyone who came along. Once again we packed out the Metro Cinema in Orange and we raised $563 for the Australian aid organisation Mahboba's Promise. We will be sending the funds to assist them in purchasing items to help women and children in Afghanistan. The money will help the local economy, local shopkeepers and assist with practical support for destitute orphans.
