Cowra Artz Fest Fun

Volunteer reader from Cowra Friends of the Library Maureen Knight read five great books during the morning and afternoon at Cowra Library for young visitors soaking up the culture yesterday as part of Cowra Artz Fest. On the walls is one of Cowra preschool's Global Art Project on display for the event. This is the second time the festival of culture known as Cowra Artz Fest has been held. Congratulations to everyone involved in this wonderful event.

Caroline's Gravatar The response to the Pre-school art work on display has been wonderful. Many littlies were so proud of their work that they brought in their extended family to view it.It would be lovely to have such talented young artists and their work on display all year round. Many then borrowed lots of lovely books and DVDs to keep them busy over the holidays.
