When Arlo accidentally drops a book on the Mayor’s head, the grumpy Mayor takes ALL the books and tears them up!  Without books, the town falls into disarray; no one can teach or cook or do anything.  But storytelling cannot be destroyed forever and thanks to Arlo’s imagination and perseverance, stories begin to bloom more brightly than ever.
