Orange Show this weekend and we have been playing host to the National School for Travelling Show Children. There are three teachers for the School with Miss Mandy Rogers at Orange and the others at Grafton and Goondiwindi. Children of Show families spend most of the year on the road and are rarely in place more than a week. We have been impressed with their smart uniforms, excellent manners and quietness. Miss Rogers said the children handle the travel better than the adults and really enjoy their new surroundings each week. Next week their classes will be held at Dubbo.
