Hooray! We are back and we are open. You can now borrow and return books in this first phase of re-opening.
Central West Libraries has planned a staged re-opening from 1 June. Our libraries in Blayney, Canowindra, Cowra, Forbes, Manildra, Molong and Orange will provide limited services and access in this first stage of re-opening after COVID-19 restrictions were eased. Orange, Cowra and Forbes Libraries will open with restricted hours.
The first thing we will be offering is lending and returning of items. Please note that computers, printing, photocopying, Justice of the Peace, newspapers, research and studying opportunities will not be offered during this first stage.
Please note social distancing & hygiene rules will apply.
We will continue to monitor the situation and review restrictions to keep everyone safe as COVID-19 rules ease.
Keep an eye on the CWL website and our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates and check our COVID-19 FAQ Page.
You can also head over to the Australian Library & Information Association’s page and complete the Your Library: Tell us how you missed us survey. This will be used to show government how important libraries are for Australia
We look forward to seeing you soon. We have missed you.
